How will we order products seen on this site? Client's typically place purchase orders either direct to Halo UK, or directly to our factory partner. It depends on the business case, voluem and value.

Where are your offices based? Our registered address is London based. Our EU Sales Director is based out of the South Warwickshire, UK office, and the manufacturing locations are Shenzhen, China.  We also have staff located globally, Sales and Product Management.

What are the lead times for production? Samples of standard products are usually 2 weeks. Evaluation kits 2-3 weeks. Bespoke samples, with some modification, 6-8 weeks. Mass production 12 weeks.
