Round and Square TFT Modules.

For decades Design Engineer's looking to create unique aspect ratios in HMI Design were constrained to certain legacy technology.

Mono LCD could be customised to create square format glass, but colour TFT never supported such formats.

​

Circular looking instrument clusters in Aviation were limited to using CRT technology, or masking off the periphery of the active area to create the illusion of a round shape.

​

This is all now changing, Halo has designed a growing range of standard TFT modules which offer perfectly square TFT, and circular active areas.
